Designed for both home and clinical use, BiWaze Cough helps maintain healthy lung volume during therapy with a feature called PAP on Pause. BiWaze® Clear System

BiWaze® Clear is designed to clear mucus, open airways and help keep your lungs healthy. What makes this airway clearance therapy different? It delivers Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP) to help expand your airways. Then, gentle air pulses and vibrations work together to mobilize mucus out of your lungs. During the session, aerosol therapy can be delivered to help loosen mucus and improve clearance. In addition, it provides steady, accurate pressure to support consistent airway opening. The system is designed to reduce the spread of aerosol particles outside the closed circuit—helping protect both you and those around you.

Who are these systems for?

Patients with compromised airway clearance or an ineffective cough — including neuromuscular conditions (ALS, muscular dystrophy, SMA), spinal cord injury, COPD, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, and tracheostomy or ventilator patients — across hospital and home settings.

What is OLE therapy?

Oscillating Lung Expansion. BiWaze Clear combines positive expiratory pressure, high-frequency oscillation, and continuous aerosol in one 10-minute session to expand the lungs and mobilize secretions.

How is BiWaze Cough different from a standard cough assist?

Its dual-airpath design keeps inhaled air clean and separated from exhaled mucus, and it adds gentle oscillation and supportive pressure between coughs for a more comfortable therapy.

Is there home reimbursement?
